By accessing or using Surbuf.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 15 years old to use Surbuf.

• By using Surbuf, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Nature of the Platform

• Surbuf is a marketplace only.

• We do not own, create, review, or guarantee any products or services listed by sellers.

• All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

Surbuf reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree that:

• All listed items must be coding-related and accurately described.

• They own or have legal rights to sell the listed code or service.

• Any third-party libraries, frameworks, or licenses must be clearly disclosed.

• Delivered code must not contain malware, backdoors, or malicious scripts.

• They will provide support only if explicitly mentioned in the listing.

Surbuf is not responsible for the quality, legality, or performance of seller products.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree that:

• They will review listings carefully before purchasing.

• Digital items may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• They will not misuse, resell, or redistribute purchased code beyond the license provided.

• They understand that results may vary depending on hosting, environment, or customization needs.

6. Payments & Fees

• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

• Surbuf may charge a platform commission or service fee, which will be clearly disclosed.

• Sellers are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Surbuf does not store payment card or banking details.

7. Digital Products & Licensing

• Unless explicitly stated, purchases grant a license to use, not ownership.

• Buyers may not resell, share, or redistribute code without seller permission.

• License terms provided by the seller take priority.

8. Refunds & Disputes

• Refund eligibility depends on the seller’s refund policy.

• Surbuf may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee refunds.

• Chargebacks or fraudulent claims may result in account suspension.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Sell stolen, pirated, or illegally obtained code

• Post misleading or false listings

• Attempt to bypass Surbuf’s payment system

• Upload malware or harmful scripts

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

10. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, and platform content belong to Surbuf or respective owners.

• Users retain ownership of their content but grant Surbuf a license to display it on the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

Surbuf is not liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, or business

• Code bugs, vulnerabilities, or incompatibility

• Disputes between buyers and sellers

Use the platform at your own risk.

12. Termination

Surbuf may suspend or terminate access:

• Without notice for policy violations

• If required by law

• To protect platform integrity

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of Surbuf means acceptance of the updated Terms.
